Facilities for a Rural Lifestyle
The developer had a vision of a rural lifestyle farmpark where children were encouraged to ride their ponies to school - just like way back when. And so with the Eskdale Primary School being right opposite the entrance to Eskridge, he decided to build a stables right there within the farmpark. This building, together with the adjoining corrals, allows any residents' children with a pony to ride it to school, store the saddle, bridle etc in the stables building, corral the pony for the day whilst at school, and then ride the pony home again after school. How cool is that.
A stunning astro turf double tennis court has been built within the farmpark solely for residents and their guests use. This special feature has become a well used amenity for residents together with the accompanying pavilion and bbq area. Many social events are held by residents at this area making full use of the roomy pavilion and sealed parking area.
The Eskridge rural farmpark has covert security cameras installed for the residents protection. Strategically placed lighting at the entrance to the subdivision also provides residents with security.
